St. Patrick's Day

St. Patrick's Day has become a pretty big deal!  The leprechaun visited Elle at school and wrecked their room!  The kids were all shocked, but had fun collecting the gold coins and green beads and cleaning up his mess!

I made corned beef for dinner and it was a winner!  Both girls loved it!

I made a festive Rolo centerpiece just in case they needed some motivation to eat their Irish dinner!

School News

Third quarter of school has come and gone with some fun days.

Elle celebrated 100 days by dressing up like she's 100.  That's her "old lady" pose.  She told me I forgot to get her "one of those stick things!"

The school presented awards to each class for excellence in math, writing, reading and good character.  Scarlett won the award for her class in writing.

Scarlett participated in her very first science fair.  Of course her topic was teeth related!

The girls had fun dressing up on Read Across America week.  This was "Tacky Tuesday"

I did my share of calling around and was able to get the girls to take a sibling picture for spring picture day.  Turned out pretty cute!
