Elle has been saying her ABC's for a few months now, so we started working on recognizing the letters. She can recognize about 2/3 of the alphabet (if all else fails, guess "A" or tell Mommy to "you tell me dat number"). I'm also working on getting her to spell her name. Not that hard in theory right? Well the poor girl knows her name sounds like just the letter "L", but there's a bunch of E's and L's in there. So most of the time she says "LEEL" or "LELEEE". We are working in it!
