Weekend Update with Scarlett Ashleigh

A few updates from the weekend:

Scarlett is still sporting her Hello Kitty bandaid. Everyone and their brother looks at her when we are out and says oh, baby got a bo-bo? Yes, she got hurt. Girl knows no fear. It's been 8 days, so that means the bandaid and superglue should come off soon! Yay!

We're starting to get a REAL ponytail going on here! She got her first bath in a week (her superglue can't get wet) and I had to blowdry her hair before she went to sleep! She sat in daddy's lap getting her hair brushed and blow dried while she watched Princesses. She's a true girl :o)

Scarlett has developed an affinity for words beginning with "B". "Bye-bye" with a wave (and usually a purse of some sort on her arm), "bug" -with a stomp of her foot, "bubbles" - her favorite thing to do now, "bird" - or more like "buh", and "baby" - although this one only applies to her baby dolls right now - not sure she's connected it to real babies!
