Catching up for this week

I have two kids and that makes me a bad blogger :o) Here's a little catch up from the past week's events.

Elle's cord finally fell off so she got a REAL bath. Of course big sister helped too.

They are still loving each other. Scarlett likes to hold Elle "all by myself". She also likes to give weird looks to the camera.We're still under house arrest for another week with Elle. But no worries, we're raring to go when the time hits.
Scarlett's a TAD on the dramatic side. Her new favorite phrase is "you hurt my feelings". Of course she only uses it correctly every now and again. She likes to increase the drama with this pose:

Cameron has had the week mostly off since his attending is out of town, so he's been around a good bit. He had to go in a few mornings this week, so he brought us back breakfast a couple times. Here's the aftermath of beignet day:


Unfortunately the camera just didn't capture quite the sugar-tastrophe of it all.

And finally, the pictures I took this morning. Elle didn't get to wear her "coming home" dress to actually come home since it was GIGANTIC on her when we left the hospital. I put it on her this morning and it fits great now, so I took the pictures I had hoped to get 3 weeks ago!










Scarlett pulled her chair over and draped a blanket over it too so she could be "just like baby Elle".
