Cameron had to cover call in Baton Rouge this weekend, so we had a mini vacation for the weekend. The girls and I got up about dinner time on Friday, so we met Cameron at the mall for dinner and then settled in our hotel. Saturday was a pretty day, so we started out by going to Tiger Stadium to meet Mike the Tiger. The girls thought he was SO cool! They were chasing him along the glass. Mike was the most tame tiger I have ever seen. He even posed for pictures! I guess he's been raised to love the attention.
After we talked to Mike and drove around the LSU campus, we took the girls to the mall. Even before we walked in, Scarlett said "I think there's a build a bear here". We tried to play it off and tell her we weren't sure there was. She was insistent. Lucky for them we finally found it :o)
We saw Santa in the mall too. I asked the girls if they wanted to talk to him and they were BOTH scared. I don't have much hope for the Santa picture this year!
