We made the trip from Charlotte to Atlanta a couple weekends ago to celebrate with Colin and Morgan at their engagement party. Since the party wasn't until Sunday, we decided to play at Fernbank on Saturday. Since our NYC trip got cancelled in February (due to the blizzard), Scarlett has been bummed about missing out on dinosaurs. We met Colin, Morgan, Gigi, Donk, Coco and Grandpa down there and we all had a great time. The girls especially just love all that attention :o)
First up, dinosaurs (as promised!)
After the main hall, we went to the special exhibit about amazing mammals (all sorts of crazy creatures).
There was a narwhal sword fight.
And then, more dinosaurs!
The coolest exhibit was the hands on science. Here are the girls IN the bubbles.
