PE fight

I knew it was coming. Elle wears a school dress 4 days a week, but on Fridays it's her PE uniform. I KNEW she would not be happy. I had to force her into it this morning as she screamed at me that she only wears dresses. I told Scarlett to talk to her. Elle didn't care about her opinion. I told her Scarlett wears that PE outfit too. Only she wears it on Mondays. So Scarlett was getting to wear a dress and she had to wear SHORTS! The horror of it all! She got the PE clothes on, but then insisted on leaving her princess nightgown around her waist until we left for school. She was happy that she at least got to wear her "beautiful shoes" and a pink headband. I pointed out all her friends were wearing the same thing, so she seemed to accept it. I guess we will see how next Friday goes :)

This was after school. She was happy and full of stories of what she played and who she played with.
