Scarlett + Flu Shot = Barbie

Well, that's a pretty obvious equation, huh? I took Scarlett to get her flu shot this morning and she hammed it up. She cried for the shot, but then as soon as she calmed down, we got in the car and she kept saying "mommy it huuuurts". Me - "i know baby, I'm sorry". Scarlett - "huuuurts, puppy, it huuuurts". Me - "Scarlett, do you want to go to Target?" Scarlett - "do. huuuurts." Me - "would a Barbie make it better?" Scarlett "DO! huuuurts. BAH-BIE!". And so it went. We got a new fancy Barbie. Scarlett loves her. She insisted on sleeping with her for her nap and again tonight. Well, at least she's a hit!
